2. What data we process and why

Data from contact forms, chat and the Freeviewer (name, company name, email, phone, message) – to reply and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Data from orders and agreements (company details, tax ID, address, contact person) – to conclude and perform the agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to issue invoices and keep accounts (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Advisor recruitment data (application form, test) – to carry out recruitment (Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) GDPR).

Data on your use of the Website (cookies, statistics) – for analytics and marketing only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Data may also be processed to establish, pursue or defend claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Recipients

Data may be shared with providers that support our services: hosting and email providers, the payment operator PayPro S.A. (Przelewy24), our accounting office and the KSeF system, Google analytics tools (Google Analytics – with consent), AI service providers used in the assistant chat (conversation content), and Novi advisors involved in your order.

Some providers (e.g. Google, AI providers) may process data outside the European Economic Area, on the basis of a European Commission decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.

4. How long we keep data

Enquiry data – up to 12 months after the last contact; agreement data – for the term of the agreement and then until claims become time-barred; accounting documents – 5 years from the end of the tax year; data processed on the basis of consent – until consent is withdrawn.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability, to object, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). You may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office, uodo.gov.pl).

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to reply or conclude an agreement. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects for you.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

The Website uses cookies and browser storage (localStorage). We use three categories:

Necessary – keep the Website working, e.g. remembering your cookie choice, cart contents, your Freeviewer sketch, Bolly assistant settings and form security. No consent required.

Statistics – help us understand how you use the Website (Google Analytics: _ga, _ga_* cookies). Used only with your consent.

Marketing – measure the effectiveness of ads (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Pixel), if used. Only with your consent.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer, and manage cookies in your browser settings. We use Google Consent Mode v2 – without your consent Google tools do not store analytics or advertising cookies.

This policy may be updated. The current version is always available on the Website. It applies from 2026-10-03.
